I was told i'm awesome, funny, serious, skeptical, talkative, lazy, kiam pak, talented, retarded, nervy, forgetful, revengeful, and lately, full of shit. Thus, underlines the core of this blog.

BYE TEENHOOD. TOMORROW I'M OFFICALLY TWENTY

I've been standing on this one stepping stone for 365 days and tomorrow I'll be making my leap onto another. I don't know how to welcome being twenty and old :( I hoped today would be different.

My last day of being 19. I was hoping I could spend part of today with Kev. But it didn't happen.

Anyway, but I had an great day no doubt:) It's made me realise how much one's company can bring so much fun and laughter even if it isn't the person you wish you had spend your day with.

Thank you Jon!

I did my last 19th year session on the treadmill until my lil toe's nail left a cut on my other toe and I had to get it plastered. This is why I dislike wearing shoes.
I drove out to church in the morning. Met up with Jon, an old friend of mine for breakfast at Kanna's then we went to church.

Folks, I've not been to church for some time so I was really happy to have gone. Going for mass felt like I went for confession. You just feel lifted spiritually. I also owe Mother Mary three more decades.

Then we decided to go for lunch. At the same time, Nell called telling me she has free tickets to a musical at KLPAC, all the way at Sentul which is abit too far for me to discover for now. There's some other time, i hope!

Jon was telling about this really good place to eat Nasi Lemak at Bandar Utama. And I was trying to act smart by guessing the place and directions, almost describing the only nasi lemak shop I've ever been to since i came here. Jon kept doubting my sense of direction which has not gotten any better according to him, which is no surprise to many others and said I should get a GPS. Well Jon, I'll get it activated soon.

When we got to the square(that's what I call it cos every corner looked the same to me), I knew the place was familiar. It was that same nasi lemak place i knew. We circled that place for too many times cos my friend didn't wanna make an illegal parking. Good citizen, konon. We ended up at Starbucks and lepak-ed there till it started to rain. It was about 4 already by then. We left. Had no lunch cos we weren't hungry and partially cos there's was no LEGAL parking space.

I thought that was about to be the end of my day out till Jon suggested we should get a cake. ...yea, cake.. just one slice perhaps? So again, it was his treat. We sat at Secret Recipe. He sang for me :) I made a good wish and blew out the candle.

It wasn't my birthday celebration. Just celebrating my last day of being 19.

We spoke a lot today. It was somewhat catching up. I hope I didn drown him with all my stories which revolved around only one topic basically. At one point while he was driving, I told him the most shocking fact which made his lost his direction for a moment. I'm sure he was just overacting. What could be that shocking??

Then finally came lunch time. Sushi for late lunch near digital mall. I was reminded of my last visit to the mall. We went around that area for nearly half an hour I think cos Jon refused to park creatively. ish! Then I think after putting the law of attraction to practice, we found a spot. lol. Sushi was good.

Jon was God-sent.

So now after a much eventful day, I hope welcoming TWENTY won't be tough. gaaah... Exaggeration much! It's just another day after all. Just a more anticipated day with a lil fear.

TWENTY=AUNTY ......nooooo..........*sobs*

'Me and my heart we got issues'

grrr.
So I've fallen.
The only antidote is sleep; for drug is poison.

CRAZY WEEK

More and more stress as my work keeps piling. But i'm lovin' it! You tell me how doomed I am ok? I've shit ass long news writing assignment which dues this Friday, comm. theory test tomorrow for six chapters I know not much of, LLS assignment which dues next Wed?, and comm. theory group assignment the following day. What else? I'm probably missing out one or 2 more assignments.

To supposedly balance my stress level, there's L'oreal SALE on Sat, birthday on Sun, prom next Friday added to my hectic schedule. I don't know whether to cry or be happy now. Lucky my crazy week's ending with a bang: the Prom.

Also, in between, there's shopping to do!!!! Aaaaaaah!!!!!!

Thanks to Sandra's announcement on the sale, I'm officially gonna be broke.
"And the queue can go up to dunno where (someone said last year the queue reached BB Plaza, like I know what on earth is BB, blue baboon maybe eh heehee)" according to sandra. sigh. but yay!!!! can't wait.

oh, last mention. Tham has a new phone again! Just last month, she requested for N97 but she got N79 instead. Error sikit. So she's finally happier now and I'm happy for her :)

Kanye disses Taylor Swift

You would've heard by now the stunt Kanye pulled at the recent VMA. People were posting videos of their own comments on youtube with misleading titles to get views-which made it hard for me to find the actual footage.

I'm proud of Beyonce for saving the night! Watch this vid of B giving her very own moment away to Taylor Swift.

I heard Beyonce's coming to KL. Ram's the most excited one. He's even came up with plans to get the VVIP seats. haha... Good luck, kid!

Shopping with Tham

I drove to MV yesterday with Tham. She wanted to get a gift for Siva. The parking bays were mostly taken so we opt for valet parking instead. Valet parkings are meant for precious cars or ppl who don't know how to park. In my case, I was just lazy to park. No, actually, I don't know how to park. Good thing they had it.

I bought a silicone padded nose clip with a pair of earplugs yesterday. It looks just like the one in the picture below.

I'm gonna wear as often as I can-when I'm in the shower, when I'm blogging or sleeping.

You don't wanna put them on when you are eating, exercising, or studying cos it's painful and will take away the focus you need while you are at those activities.

I've been wanting one not so much for swimming but to make small my nose. According to my darling, I have a flat looking pig's nose. Although clearly, it's my dad's fault, I'm not going blame him for it. I wouldn't want his sharp Indian nose anyway. I think I'd look weird if I had inherited his nose. (oo would love to get a pic of my nose photoshopped so I can show ya'll)

You know, I heard the Chinese use pegs on their flat noses. Whereas I use Speedo nose clip. So in no time, I'll have a sharper nose!-Saves me getting a nose job!

Mwahaha! ;-)

Jean baybeh!

I met G's friends for the first time at the event. One of them, Emmy randomly thought out loud that I look a lot like her friend Jean. I thought hm.. jean. but wait..JEAN?! I had to ask who again. She mentioned Jean. Then I asked which Jean. Kaypo right? But if it wasn't for my curiosity, I wouldn't have found out she was talking bout someone I actually know. Guess who?? JEAN-LOUIS!!=D The brotha I used to date. lol

People have said we look like siblings. I just didnt know we look THAT much alike!! What a small world. Turns out she's from Penang too. No wonder..

Same same? Neah, he's better looking.
Found these pics in my mailbox.
I miss him. I wonder what's he doing now. I've been here in KL for 8 months and I have not met him with him even once. hmph. Now, I just found out he's moving back to Pg next week.
Bro, Me, Jean.
This was  taken in April 2006, after he got back from NS.

I hope to see him soon before he leaves.

L'oreal screams WAREHOUSE SALE!

Girls went crazy over cheap Loreal beauty products on Wednesday at Corus Hotel. All items were sold at half price. Thanks to Grace (and Sandra) I ended up there after class joining one of those crazy young ladies grabbing every item that went along with the question 'to buy or not to buy'.

If I had more money, I would have bought more nail polish, boxes of hair dye supply, and hair products. MORE NAIL POLISH, definitely! They were cheap. I'll tell you what's cheap k.
RM3 for ONE nail polish
RM5-10 for lip glosses
RM10 for eyeliners
RM12-20 for mascaras
RM20 or less for foundation
...and the list goes on
Man.. Everything is worth it when they are on sale. I would love to get a lifetime's supply. Somebody, anybody, gimme moolah!!

It's a good thing had my rational mind with me- so I only bought what I needed. I skip out on buying lots more since I don't use much make up.

I was a bit bummed that they ran out of the aluminum cosmetic box and they were not selling the liquid powder foundation I used to use. I think it's discontinued :(

Anyway, I'm happy with all my purchases. We stayed there for bout 3 hours. I think I went to the cashier about two times. haha... Exited the hall, then entered again.

We headed to KLCC. Resumed shopping there. Then Grace and I decided to watch Gamer. Good movie with a bad ending. I could tell the director was clueless on how to end the movie. lol. But do watch it. It's a brilliant movie up to it's climax.

Ohw, I went on the LRT with Grace from KLCC to Central and.. and.. I took the LRT to Tmn Jaya ALONE for the first time. Everything I did that day was spontaneous. Gotta thank Grace again.

I came home with a huge orange plastic bag of L'oreal goodies. :) That made my day. It would have made anyone's day.

Introductory Speech

After the much anticipated hour of my public speaking assessment, I can finally breathe easy. My palms were cold and sweaty. My heart was beating faster than usual. The cold room did not help but only to make me more nervous.

This happens to me all the time before a presentation. When it does, I sometimes do well or sometimes amazingly bad. One thing's for sure, I'll always be dramatic in my speeches. What's a speech without drama???! Even Martin Luther King was a drama king at some point in his great speech.
This was how I felt: My nervousness paused when I began talking. But it resumed immediately after I said my last line. It took awhile till the anxiety subsided.

In conclusion, I'll never know how well I'll do until I get out there. Imagining the best or worst case scenario beforehand doesn't work.

I must mention about the best speaker in the class. She's an existing student who came in new this sem for the first time in this class. She had no idea evaluation was today. Unlike the rest of us, we knew the topic at week two. It's now week four. She knew the topic right after the lecturer came in and had to present after the last speaker in class (which was me btw). She had that intimidating look and size that would make you think twice before approaching her. So she puts on a swagger as she walks to the front and started her speech before Jon(our timekeeper) could start his timer. She started greeting her audience even before she reached the front. I tell you... I've never seen a better public speaker live before me. I immediately turned around and mouthed the words 'I luhh-ve her!' She left that WOW expression on everyone's face by the time she was done. I complimented her personally with a handshake after class. *hats off to you, girl* It's gonna be 10 soon and i'm still in awe of the 2 mins speech which she gave 7 hours ago. Amazing!

Tomorrow, a quiz awaits me in the morning. I just collected the textbook to the subject earlier today. I hope it would be of some use although I only have less than a day, yet here I am, blogging and listening to songs.

I'm happy one out of four speeches is over and done with.

POPIN for our Generation

My friend Grace just recently introduced Popin to me. It's an 'anti-portal information network for Malaysian youth'.. okay, I know I just copied that off their site. Well I didn't really understand what they were all about until I visited their sites (facebook & twitter). The type of news provided are relevant to the youth and contributed by the youth.

If you're a Malaysian youth who's lazy to read the news like me but want to stay updated on the latest local scenes, I'd strongly recommend POPIN. You can also follow them on Twitter.

Here's an interview they did just a few days ago with an MP. Watch this video featuring Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.

Who knew politicians could still be cool for us?!

Impresionante, indeed!

My newly teen cousin, Ram now has a blog of his own!!! *screams* :D
So it's masih baru, and masih HOT HOT HOT. lol
He's got lots to learn but I know he'll make a good blogger crapper ;) tsk, of cos la.. look who's his mentor

me!!

He was blogging while I 'Hallelujah'

A pic of Ram blogging for the first time

Directing this specifically to a girl---->
Dudette, what proper English?! the kid has his own language, so leave him be!
I'm sure you too started with given blog templates. Since you are so pro, why couldn't you come up with your own layout?!
Don't preach bout lengthy posts, he knows how to strut his stuff. Were you doing any better when you were 13??
TQ.

*Ram, free advertorial post just for you.

A serious problem comes when you're not serious

I was lost for words doing an impromtu speech at today's public speaking class. My given title was 'You would rather live with monkeys than people in KL'. Who wouldn't laugh?!

I so gotta master the art of cracking a joke, or more often looking and sounding funny without laughing. I should know, the laughin should be left to my audience la. I'm fond of joining the crowd and you know, laugh at myself. It's even worse when the jokes on me, and i'm not on my own side.

Here's something stupid I remember saying to the class, "you stare at me longer, I might just turn into a monkey" lol and I 'sorta' ended saying "....and I could do the monkey dance". Sir was like 'ok ok go sit down'.

It's easy come to think of it. Speaking impromtu works sometimes only for me. k... honestly, rarely, not sometimes. An area I definitely have to work on. My first speech assessment coming up this Wednesday. I've to describe myself base on an object. I'm thinking, an old computer?

Hallelujah

My imperfect rendition of Hallelujah.
The last attempt.

I was frustrated cos there were better ones but I got them deleted thinking the next would be better.
Cacat lah, but bearable.

52nd Independence Day

Tunku stood with his fist in the air and opened his
palm to denote the completion of a struggle after shouting ‘Merdeka!‘ seven
times.

This year's Merdeka more dead that last year's. I didn't see a single firework, I didn't watch the raising of the flag and I didn't sing any patriotic songs this year. I don't even have a Jalur Gemilang with me. Unlike last year...

Tanning trip

I'm back burnt like roasted swine.

I've never been this satisfied in a long time with my tan although i'm not roasted evenly.

The sand pebbles on the beach were just awesome.

We arrived at Desaru on Wed night. I shared a room with paati. I couldn't wait for the next day cause all I wanted on the trip was to get some sun. But on Thursday morning, it rained. So i couldn't get the morning sun. I skipped breakfast, made sure the windows were shut to prevent monkeys from visiting me (i heard they are quite a stealer) and went back to bed.

Got up at noon. I brought a towel with me wherever I went and had my swimwear on 'just-in-case' the sun decided to show. I can't remember if I went into the pool first or the sea. Anyway, it was just cloudy the whole day so i didn't get much darker.

I love the South China sea. You don't have to swim far from shore to see 'lost' tiny fishes or even sting rays. Alvina found a small hermit crab with uncle Al's powered goggles. We were all less than 30m from shore.

At night there was a staff party and we joined them at dinner and buka puasa. There were lotsa food, games and even karaoke.

Cousins and I went back to the room to lepak there instead. Then Ram pulled off some drama again. I also couldn't talk on the phone peacefully that night. Lil cousins I tell you... :)

We planned to wake up at 6 in the morning the following day to watch sunrise but it rained again. So since no one woke me up I slept till someone did. Tham, Al, and Mel came in and pulled me out of bed at bout 9. I was actually happy they wanted to go swim in the morning and that no one was complaining bout getting darker. lol. We started from the pool to the beach till about 1 then decided to have lunch.

Who needs tissue when there's towel?!

The crab they served for lunch was marvelous. Al and I sat under the sun eating for 2 hours. I was happily getting my tan even while I was eating. Still it was cloudy most of the time. It also drizzled a bit. However, we carried on playing in the water.

At 5, we stopped. I had enough. We camwhored a lot. That's how I started to notice how red I was starting to get by 4.

Went back to my room and took a nice shower. I had to moisturize my whole body and all I had was my face moisturizer. I needed aloe gel but I used that instead. My skin and scalp was burning. There was no oil. Now I could not use my face moisturizer on my scalp could I? So I had to suffer some pain all the way to KL.

This is Roshi..

She thinks calamine will make her fairer. lol

The calamine lotion atte gave was a big help. The sensational burning went away but was back again in the morning.

What can i say.. 'no pain, no gain'?

*This resort in Desaru, previously known as Desaru Impian Beach Resort is currently under renovation and will be open to public soon. It is located along the south east corner of Johor. Your next ideal holiday destination.

Firstly, I had to open my notebook to blog on this because of my poor memory on the recently occurred events.

I had just started the new semester with some old bunch met from the previous semester.

The first long semester

Unlike the previous semester, for the next 14 weeks, I'll be up with the sun every weekday. There would also many days like today when I had to snooze my alarm from 6 all the way to 7. At least I know I'm out of deep sleep when I snooze the first alarm. I must say being punctual won't be easy for me.

I did subject registration yesterday after trying out 3 subs for the day. Unfortunately I won't be attending the first classes of 'comm. theory' and 'LLS' which is this Thursday. I'm gonna hit the beach of Johor and hopefully get a tan.

Just today I was taught of how brief journalism writing should be. Is blogging a form of journalism? If yes, then man have this blog been crappy!

I've met two lecturers so far and I like them already. They both teach me 2 subjects each.

The most frequently buzzing words to my ears in these three years would be 'communication' & 'media'. Foreseeing the end of the course, I would have feared these two words the most but perhaps I would also begin to love the most important aspect of media which is writing.

Cheers to the new sem!

French Manicure

This time i'm sure it doesn look like shit.

Don't ask me where do I get the time to paint my nails. again and again and again.

Next week onwards I won't have time to do fancy nail art anymore. I'll most probably wear nothing on my nails to coll. And then perhaps the readership of my pathetic blog might increase a lil. I get it! 3 posts on my nails in a week is limiting my viewership to only nail fetishists.

So here's my fav...
the French Manicure.

I prefer my base opaque than translucent. I don't like it when the lanula's showing. So for this I use Sally Hansen's Sheer Strawberry Creme. It's the closest colour to my nail bed.

Once again, done it like a pro :P

Sunday, August 16, 2009

I don't know if I should go back to KL tomorrow. It's too soon. I havent seen Erin till today. I haven't pack. I haven't bought dvds yet. I havent clean my hd and my closet.

Oh I woke up my earliest in 7 weeks of holiday today to attend mass. Someone rude ticked me off in the morning. Oh, he'll learn what's a joke and what's not.

Had good company at breakfast and later I went grocery with tita.

Mum & I visited this boutique somewhere opp GP. I love their designer tshirts.

I had dinner with Cikgu Aishah, her family, tita and her boys. I guess it's true that I've no jodoh to see her current home if I'm leaving so soon.

When I get back, it'll be back to early nights, early mornings, shorter late calls or non at all, and less blogging, more music, and more studying.........you tell me if it sounds good.

Blue moon and Shit-tah

This is not an Elianto ad.
My favourite's still Revlon.

So you see, with Elianto's Twinkle Blue and Sunny Day, I've decided this combo be called Blue Moon.

Those twinkles were hard to remove. You might want to use a fortifying cream for your nails after you remove. Thats what I do most of the time. It doesn't help to avoid discoloration if you're wondering but it helps keep your nails healthy. I should remember to bring them to kl with me this coming trip.

This the final results... aiya.. Easy stuff...anyone can do less than 5 mins.

My next project's called Shit-tah (Cheetah)

I couldn't find my orange and black so i had to use these colours.

Cover Girl's Tandoori and Golden sth and Eleanor's close to peach unknown.

This tested my left hand painting skills.
I used the peach colour as base. In the process of coming up with Shit-tah, I realised that my nails are closer to looking like a Giraffe. From near it just looks like lil droppings of shit.

Finally, presenting to you, SHIT-TAH, in courtesy of...
(s)he who prefers not to be associated with my masterpieces ;)

They only lasted a day on my nails btw cos the fingers were envious of each other, they started ripping each other's paint.

Lester William Polsfuss

This short post is dedicated to a talented
innovator and musician born on the 9 June, 1915 by the name of

Lester William Polsfuss.

He lived up to yesterday, August 13, 2009.

I wouldn't have known him if I hadn't learn about solid body guitars. The first I held would be the Gibson Les Paul at the music shop I use to work at.

He died so old and successful.

Hats off to you, sir!

p/s-I better get his signature pick. Visit his site.

Glam Prints on nails

I love painting my nails.
It's like the only I bother doing besides waxing and shaping my eyebrows.

So here's my latest DIM(did-it-myself) nail art.

Ok, my first combo colour's not my favourite but I thought it would interesting to match it with my new CBOX :)

Turn our pretty good.

A combination of Docile's Metallic Light Green and a small tipped not-so-famous-but-everywhere-can-get Hot Pink nail art bottle taken under a flash shot, you'll get glamorous gold-ish with pink zebra stripped look.

Here's up close without flash. Fugly pink growth nail rash. But looking almost pro rit?

Next, for my glamorous Street look, I decided to combine an Orly with Orlly. My colours are Satin Illusion and unknown purple.

This is the end result. Again, picture taken w/flash.

Now here's without flash. I think it's better called Moss Infestation.

Okay I didn't completely fail. They look good. But i'm not satisfied.

I'm just too free.

Monday, August 10, 2009

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today so I don't feel like saying much. I'll just post a few pictures which highlight my events during the weekend.

Friday Night

Jef, Andy & Mark's birthday party.

Becca wanted to go to Flare cos she hasn't been there. So we walked there.
Her plan was to warm up every seat in there.

Moving on..
I can't remember what I did on Saturday. Shyt!

Then on Sunday, I started my day attending mass.

After mass, I had breakfast at the new Poly. Poly's now no longer opposite Hup Kee(another coffee shop) but is right next to it. Omg. I felt so bad walking past the first shop to enter the next.

Tita, Nell, GR & I watched The Proposal at GP later on. Good show.

This is Ms. Sharmeen Looi, the first runner up of Miss Youth Pageant 09 of Gurney Plaza. I was coincidentally there. So Nell & I stayed to support. There were 2 Georgians in the finals. Not bad. But still I thought the Q & A session was pretty lame.

I also spotted this! No, actually Nell spotted it.
FASHION CRIME!!
Those pair of feet belong to the winner actually. The body builder.

Anyway, CONGRATS, girl!
Sorry I left without saying hi. Had to rush off.

Back at tita's when the boys got home, JJ realized something.

Notice what's missing from his bike? Click to see the missing part.

Guys, if you own a hot stuff like this, pls be careful of where you park your babe. Not even gp parking grounds are safe.

Poor dog has TWO assholes

I'd like to if I could see everyone's expression to this picture.

Don't ask me why is it there. Go ahead and laugh at it if you think having an extra hole is gonna spice up his life. Just don't let me find out cause I need someone I can feed those maggots to.

I ask myself why it's there. It's bloody distracting! I haven't tried this but I know I can stick my finger into the hole.

"My mommy feeds me and my bro licks me ass! Don't you wish you were a dog like me?"

In this next picture you'll see my grandma who's in denial after reviewing the pics I took, saying she looks like an old Chinese lady.

err...what are you saying paati?

But she does look OLD AND CHINESE doesn't she? *I need that one-raised-eyebrow smiley. Where's it?* Well, you don't wanna argue with her when she tells you she's not Chinese. Poor me. My identity was shaken by her remark that evening.

This is the part where grandma give her 2 boys some advice

"boys, SIT."

"Yes, old lady.."

"Now listen up. I'm already old. When I die, YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE TEA TIME."

"What?!...noooOOOOoooOOOOooo!!"

"No tea time for you, you know. You know what that means. No more Gardenia bread for you, Hero. No more cat food for you, Tiger. No one's gonna feed you like I do cos everyone's too busy for you boys. So......"

".........yes, ma...what's life gonna be like without tea time......."

"boys... you better die before me. Understand? You better die before me"

I did not just make the last line up. My grandma really did say it yesterday while I was taking those pictures. "you better die before me".

The truth is i'm sad. Hero is an old boxer. His other asshole is petrifying and I can't tell if he's dying. While I'm blogging this post. He's actually out there suffering. He usually doesn't do this but today he came into the house twice and we had to drag him out.

Why holiday so long? I'm rotting!

I think I'm in shit. Not deep shit yet.

I DON'T KNOW WHEN MY CLASSES STARTS NOR MY RESULTS.

Maybe HELP hates me already. They don't want me back there :( I don't remember causing that much drama...hm...

I check my emails and got no notifier. Checked HelpMail, not a single RELEVANT new mail. Checked their site, pun tarak.

The last thing I checked was MyPride. I can't access that account cause I don't know what error came up. I don't think it's my browsers as I've tried 3 different browsers.

How can I not kancheong if until today, I haven't heard a word from the coll. I've been sitting at home, nearly rotting, for about a month already?!

IT'S BEEN A MONTH

And the only reason I'm blogging my kancheoness is cause it's late and no one's up to hear me grump!

I remember asking Shereen and Chubba a few times and the few times they too have asked the same. buh...

Last resort: I'm calling HELP for help tomorrow!

My say on BlogExplosion and LinkReferral

My weekend was screwed up. Thats all I can say. I wish I don't have to wish it didn't happen.

YES, Moving on......

I've been trying out BlogExplosion and LinkReferral these few days cos I-have-no-life. They are sites that help generate visitors to your blog at a certain cost. You have to click or review sites in exchange for a visit to yours. Mostly a visit for a visit. Because the sites you visit are random, your visitors too become random.

Here's my pov on those sites.

Do you really want random visitors who spend a minute on your site without reading the content of your blog just so you're happy with the statistics at the end of the day? To amateur bloggers, don't act like you don't care about the stats. The only reason why post titles on 'making money by blogging' gets the most clicks because YOU CARE.

I know some people wouldn't mind because all you want is earn money. That's what I've come to notice about all the blogs I surfed from these sites. They all have ads. Most establish blogs, non personal blogs have private ads.

These sites are good for publicity. It helps you get readers for your articles. But it still doesn't help you get the readers you want for your site. If your blog covers local news in your area, how's a visit from across the globe gonna do you good.

Ok. If you're blog's on your personal life, maybe, just maybe you'll get followers who wants to know more about your culture (I would say most ppl don't actually care). But what are the chances when most of your visitors from those sites just earn visits by randomly visiting, would want to even revisit your blog.

In conclusion, it's a waste of time. You can actually earn more by working than by clicking so others would click on you.

My blog had a visitor from a neighboring continent;) Since we're having an affair, i'm pretty sure he'll come around again.

The sun refused to shine for me

It's raining. Of all the days, it had to rain the day I decide to get some sun. Now I can't go to the beach cos it's pretty pointless for me to go to the beach when there's no sun. Why would I want to go to the beach when there's no sun rit? I know ya'll (you-all-will) mostly hit the beach for fun. It's different for me. I hit the beach when I think I look Chinese for far too long. But no.... it had to rain. Maybe there's a higher power above me who wants me to stay Yellow for a while, add to the mass population. *sulks*

Ya know, I've been staying at home four days in a row and all I freaking to do is surf the net. It's like it gives me life. The cyber world. omg. a dragonfly just flew past my face.. random but not kidding. I think i stay home too often that's why I don't get home sick pretty much wherever I go.

I know I just said I've been home 4 days straight. ok. It's a lie if you think it is. I went walking along the Batu nightwalk. J, J, K & I. Had dinner there as well. There were no DVD stalls open AGAIN. I also was at JJ's last night. I was there finally after a slight complication. I was misguided to my home instead of to JJ's by JJ under the instruction of my beloved bro ;) lol

My victory camwhore shot

We played cards.Just the 4 of us. JJ and Eric were......um.....

Minima Pimpin'

Firstly, Congratulations Vanesa for your attempt in beautifying your layout. It looks like garage sale; where everything has got-to-go. It's so white and scattered.

What so special and what changed? It still look like any basic Minima Blogger layout. But hey anonymous, here are whats different:
  • no more navigation bar!!!
  • I have a customized signature at the bottom of my every post.
  • The last time you checked the 'minima blogger' theme, it had only 2 columns. Thats right, I've added a third column! I couldn't bare the extra white spaces on the original layout.
  • I've removed borders to images.
  • I've also removed borders on my sidebar!!!
  • Mwahahahaah.........

Now here's a no secret on how to do it......Gooooooogle!!!!

You know what's interesting? Editing html's a headache but when you get what you want it's so fulfilling. Programming is worse but that's what I like about it. It's like doing a tough math equation and getting it right! :)

You now what they say....just needs a lil practice!!

Fairytale of New York

The Pogues, an Irish Band in the 80s. I don't think many would know. There's no exposure of Irish music here in Malaysia. But if you do, i'm sure you'd recall their famous Christmas hit 'Fairytale of New York', a duet with Kirsty MacColl.

I remembered this song after watching the mawkish love story 'P.S. I love you' .

It's not Christmas i know, but hey, this is one song I cannot get sick of if it's played all year round.
